If you wish to book accommodation at Hope Orchard for any night between Monday and Thursday of the week on which the Cheltenham Festival is held, the following tariffs and conditions apply.

Booking and Cancellation Conditions
- If you make your reservation before 31st December the year before the Festival, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required and the balance must be settled by 31st January of the year of the Festival.
- If you make your reservation on or after 1st January in the same year as the Festival, full Payment is required at the time of booking.
- If you cancel your booking four or more weeks before the start of the Festival, we will refund 50% of the payment you have made.
- No refunds will be made for reservations cancelled less than four weeks before the Festival.
