We do not accept cheques.

We have a total of eight rooms of two types. Single guests usually occupy them at a reduced rate (see below).

Prices are standard rates per room per night. They include a full English breakfast and VAT.
Rooms are normally available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 am (10:00 am on Fridays) on the day of departure.

Reductions for single occupants. Subject to the conditions shown below, reduced rates apply to single occupants.

Reduced rates for single occupants don't apply on Friday nor Saturday nights. Reduced rates apply to any type of room. The type of room offered will be at our discretion and be subject to alteration. No further reduction is offered for repeat visits.

Young Children

Children for whom guests supply their own travel cots and bedding are accommodated at no charge.

How we use your card details

Most credit cards allow pre-authorisation and no money will be charged to your card before your stay if we can obtain pre-authorisation.

If we cannot pre-authorise (this applies to debit cards) we require a deposit equivalent to the potential cancellation fee if you are booking more than two weeks before your intended check out date or the full price of your stay otherwise.

If you cancel we will refund any sum paid in advance, less any cancellation fee due.

Cancellation

For reservations of one or two rooms we will make no charge if we receive notice of cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time (3:00pm) on the day of your intended arrival.

If you book using your credit card it is a condition of booking that we have your authority to charge your card with a cancellation fee of £40 (£60 for Friday or Saturday reservations) per room per night for every room you cancel late or fail to show up for. Please note that if you have booked a stay of two or more nights and you fail to show up without notifying us of your intentions then your whole reservation is automatically cancelled but up to three nights may count as late cancellations and you will be charged for all of them. Susequent nights will be deemed to have been cancelled in time and no cancellation charge will be made for them.

For reservations for parties that require more than two rooms we require longer notice of cancellation without charge. We will agree a cancellation fee schedule with those who make party bookings at the time we accept the reservation.
